A consumables factory, not a trading desk
Yondoor Smart Limited manufactures and exports industrial consumables for fabrication, maintenance and OEM production. We started as a bonded abrasives workshop and grew into six categories because our customers kept asking us to consolidate the rest of their consumable spend onto one shipment.
That is still how we work: one contact, one bill of lading, one inspection report covering everything in the container. If we cannot make a product well, we say so rather than sourcing it from whoever is cheapest that month.
What we actually control
Two production sites
Bonded abrasives and coated abrasives run on separate lines, so a busy grinding season never delays a flap disc order.
In-house pressing and coating
Automated presses, curing tunnels and coating lines under one roof — the reason we can hold a tolerance across batches.
Batch traceability
Every carton carries a lot code tied to the raw material heat number, the production shift and the inspection record.
Export packing
Moisture barrier packing, pallet labelling to your format, and container loading photos for every shipment.
Certifications and standards
Documents are issued per shipment; mill certificates per heat number on request.
